How Can We Help?
**Rascals Pack 14-Day Returns Policy**
We hope you love your purchase from Rascals Pack! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
**Returns:**- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
**How to Return:**1. Contact our customer service at Rascalspack@rascalspack.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.2. Once authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.3. Package the item securely and include the return authorization information inside the package.4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
**Refunds:**- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
**Exchanges:**- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
**Non-Returnable Items:**- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.
